Melkib MB-0027 22G Luer Lock Brush Dispensing Needle for Precise Application
Melkib MB-0027 is a brush dispensing needle with a Luer Lock fitting, designed for the controlled administration and spreading of liquid or semi-liquid technical preparations. It is suitable for applications where a standard dispensing tip dispenses the material in a single point, but the user also needs to spread it in a thin, even layer.
The combination of the dispensing tip and the brush facilitates work on small details, threads, edges, mechanical components, PCBs, and hard-to-reach places. The product can be used to apply adhesives, greases, oils, fluxes, activators, preservatives and other technical preparations whose viscosity allows for application through the application tip.
Application of Melkib MB-0027
The Melkib MB-0027 dispensing needle with brush is intended for work where accuracy, repeatability and limitation of excess material are important. The brush allows you to spread the preparation without the need for a separate tool, which is particularly convenient when applying to small surfaces.
Typical applications include applying a thin layer of glue, grease, oil, soldering flux, activator, preservative fluid, or other technical preparation to workshop, service, electronic, assembly, and modeling parts.
What makes the Melkib MB-0027 Brush Dispensing Needle unique?
The product's most important feature is the combination of dispensing and spreading in a single tip. The preparation can be applied to the desired location and then immediately spread with the brush bristles.
This makes it easier to control the amount of material applied and reduces accidental spillage.
The Luer Lock mount facilitates tip assembly on compatible syringes, adapters, and dispensing elements. This is a practical solution for work where a standard needle is too pinpoint and a classic brush too imprecise.
When to choose Melkib MB-0027
Melkib MB-0027 is worth choosing when the preparation needs to be not only applied to a specific spot, but also spread in a thin layer. The tip is suitable for precise lubrication, applying fluxes, applying adhesives to small surfaces, working with threads, electronic components, and details where excess material may complicate assembly or cleaning.
The product will be useful in service, maintenance, workshops, production, electronics, modeling, and manual assembly work requiring precise application.
What to pay attention to before use
Before use, ensure that the tip is compatible with the syringe, adapter, or Luer Lock dispensing system component being used. For thicker materials, it is worth performing a test to check that the preparation flows freely through the tip and that the brush allows for even distribution.
It should be considered a technical accessory for workshop, service, production, and hobby use. When working with adhesives, fluxes, greases, oils, or chemicals, follow the manufacturer's recommendations for the preparation.
How to use the dispensing needle with brush
The tip should be attached to a compatible element with a Luer Lock fitting. Then, dispense a small amount of the preparation and spread it with the brush on the work surface. For first use, it is best to start with a small amount of material, especially with thinner liquids, activators, or oils.
After use, clean the tip according to the requirements of the preparation being used. If the material dries, hardens, or crystallizes upon exposure to air, the tip may be intended for single use.

Melkib MB-0027 tips should be stored in a dry, clean place, preferably in a closed container or packaging that protects against dust, dirt, and bristle deformation. Before use, check whether the brush is not dirty, damaged, or blocked with remnants of the previous preparation.
Does Melkib MB-0027 fit the Luer Lock system?
Yes, the tip has a Luer Lock fitting and is designed to work with compatible syringes, adapters, and dispensing elements in this standard.
What is the brush on the end of the needle for?
The brush allows you to spread the preparation on the surface instead of leaving it only in spots. This makes the tip suitable for applying a thin layer of glue, grease, oil, flux, or other technical fluid.
Can Melkib MB-0027 be used for adhesives?
This is an application tip for technical, workshop, service, production, and hobby applications.
Is the tip suitable for greases and oils?
Yes, it can be used for precise application of small amounts of greases, oils, and preservatives, especially on small surfaces, threads, edges, and mechanical details.
Can the brush be cleaned after use?
This depends on the type of product used. For oils and some technical products, cleaning may be possible with an appropriate agent.
The Melkib MB-0027 is a practical Luer Lock tip for precise application where controlled application and even distribution over a small surface are important.
