Subject: Return and refund of defective replacement roof Dear team, I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the replacement roof I purchased. The material is not only unexpectedly thin, but also not stretchable. Even in light rain—shortly after installation on our swing—water collected on the roof, causing it to sag and completely fail to function.. Because the product does not meet my expectations and the promised quality, I would like to return it and request a refund. Please let me know what steps are necessary (e.g., return label, return address).. Kind regards, Alexander Rabaev

This product is not well made with single stitching at all joins and attachment points, it only just fits a 3m x 3m gazebo and is not universal fit as there is no way of attaching the smoke vent to my Gazebo. I have had to use bamboo and wire and it does not sit correctly. There are also no loops for guide ropes at the corners. This cover will not last long before it fails and it does not have an inner mosquito net as advertised !!

The product was packed very well and the first impression was awesome. It worked brilliantly for my kitchen and I want to order one more. However, I don't believe that something was harmed during the delivery, so I want to suggest to the shop workers to check their product for any issues. As you can see in the photos, all the corners were damaged. It was easy to fix, but I was a bit disappointed to see it.

I'm very disappointed! The 'Sympathy Windchimes', which were to be a gift, don't match the description or the picture. There is no attractive gift box, no card and the wood paddle doesn't have the verse on it as advertised.

Today the beautiful decorative stickers for the wall arrived, a nice big pack, so I can have fun with decorations. 😆 They stick well and are therefore super easy to install. They also hold up perfectly!

The order arrived very quickly, in about 6 days. I don't know why the packaging was next to the hinges on the box. They fold well. I haven't used them yet.

Remote control does not work .trying to request replacement but app and website very difficult to navigate and customer support seems useless ..

Good product, but too big. When I placed the order, there was no field to select the desired size.
