Absolutely disappointing and just annoying. I ordered a jacket in size XS and received an M instead. The return was then a complete mess: The goods were sent back, nevertheless the refund is refused, and you are left with the costs in the end. The customer service is not helpful at all, and you get the feeling that you are simply ignored as a customer. I have rarely experienced such poor handling of a return. I will definitely not order here again and cannot recommend Joom to anyone.

The item is too small for a medium t-shirt and the material is really thin. I would like to return the item please. I have tried to return this order but there is nowhere on the website to start a return. I will not be buying from Joom ever again! Avoid!!

THE TOP POCKETS ARE FAKE, ONLY THE ORNAMENTAL ZIPPER COMES THE LOWER POCKETS ARE SMALL, DON'T EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO STORE YOUR PHONE. IT DOESN'T HAVE ANY INTERIOR POCKETS. IT'S JUST A WINDPROOF.

Sleeves too short, not the material I thought. The jacket is wrinkled, without any tag. Generally, it looks like it has been used.. I would like to return the jacket. How do I do that?? Please answer.

Received the wrong jacket and completely wrong size. I ordered size S and received size 1XL. Therefore, I cannot wear it, so I requested and received a refund.

I ordered size XS, but the item I received is approximately size M. The size label was cut off, and the actual size does not match what I ordered.

In my opinion you're not a very good company to buy from you give no help what so ever I will not be buying from your company again.
