The battery does not hold a charge and does not even charge. Despite several complaints, sending photos and films, no support. Each time he asks me for additional films (too complicated, and it's meant to make the client give up). Very disappointed, it slows down my desire to recommend with JOOM. It's a shame because my problem was easy to resolve.. It may happen that a product is defective but the seller must take responsibility for it.. So I am a dissatisfied customer...

Absolutely brilliant, I love it. It works really well. Highly recommend to anyone. So easy to fix to the wall using the adhesive pad that it is supplied with. I just cleaned the tile, applied the sticky pad to the wall and then attached the holder.. simple as that. So very happy. Many thanks !

Delivery: delivered perfectly, well packaged Quality: it looks exactly like the pictures. 😍 beautiful and an eye-catcher. Can be used in a variety of ways. I currently have it on my bedside table for my jewelry. So elegant and timeless. Conclusion: I'm super happy with my choice. 🫶

The flat mop is quite good for the price, it does what it's supposed to do, what I don't like is that it's not that absorbent and it's difficult to use, I would have thought it would be easier, so you need your hands to do it

Stunning. Very pretty color. Works in the toilet. I should have taken it higher. Even in a bedroom. I think I recommend one higher. He recommends it. Thanks Jom

I expected it to be stronger. It is similar in resistance to a regular tee. It doesn't stand up, as advertised. Otherwise it washes well, nice design.

according to the description somewhat very thin bottoms, so you can't put much in that has weight, otherwise very nice

Great item for floor cleaner, with very easy to use manual dryer without getting your hands wet, perfect.
