Joom offers an incredibly bad service. It is impossible to get in touch with customer service. It says they may answer in 4-5 days! That is NOT customer service. I got wrong colors on both ties I ordered. How is that possible? Reading other reviews this company should be thrown out from Joom. Under is their example of a black tie, and bright silver.

Came whole and undamaged, but the notebook and phamplets were missing. Thought it was very handy that they came with the flute so I was a bit disappointed when they were not included after all. Hope I manage to find it online. The flute looks to be of nice quality and looks very pretty.

🎼Flauta Wei Wuxian 🎼 🪈 Reproduction of Wei Wuxian's flute from The Untamed series. 🪈 It comes with a booklet in which the notes appear so you can learn the song of the series. 🪈 It measures about 60cm. 🪈 Comes with a red velvet case. 🪈 Came with a gift poster.

Few washers to match the circumference. In addition, approx. The above opinion was the first, unfortunately, when trying to assemble it, a fragment of the clamp broke off. I already have a similar handle with which I had no problem. In this case, a breakage occurred already during folding down before application.

I have not received the item. You write that it was delivered on March 26th, but it wasn't. The online tracking of the delivery states that it is in Buchs. What can I do? I still haven't received the delivery. What can I do?
