Slightly taller than the average stick. It's perfect..the stick is heavier than the usual NHS issue, or Amazon generic, but that is down to the craftsmanship. I waited a long time for it to arrive. It was worth the wait. I have had to use thread lock on the joins as it doesn't stay fastened, probably because it's brand new. The head is heavy. And for comfort, the head faces backwards, so my fingers rest on the head between the horns. The lane is a lightweight metal, and the attention to detail in the silver own is fabulous. Zero sign of showing any inclination to discolour. The price is beyond fantastic for this wonderful cane. This was bought with a few things in mind.... ■ I have to walk with a stick. I wanted it to be an extension of myself. Not just a walking aid. ●I am female, over 40 and single. I want to feel safe. This makes me feel safe. ■ I wanted a slightly taller stick for when I wear heels over 3 1/2 ".. (helps ease spine compression and nerve pain) ● I wanted a slimmer cane, as it feels more elegant. I intend to purchase a few more with different heads, and I have a wedding coming which will need a shorter version, so watch this space as it will be taken to a professional to be taken shorter. For now. This is now my daily cane. I am 100% satisfied and cannot recommend these any higher than the 5 stars, it I'd give it a 10!

it's really too shiny bright silver and early on I tried to delete it but to no avail -- I will not accept the package. As I repeatedly told you this silver extremely shiny one is not to my spirit. Am not choosing it for purchase. But you have completely ignored my telling you this and incredible outrageous I now see you have changed me again for this silver bird head cane have charged me as purchase again and it is on its mailing way to me! Terrible in every way! A-ane what the hell - forgive me. But for weeks I have been telling that I did not order did not purchase this cane! Its hugely bright silver is terrible to my spirit. Have been writing you for a couple of several weeks that your app somehow boom bang adds to my purchase basket cart ... Yes really. Clearly it must be with some of your other customers as well unwell... Already wrote you also that the cane's rod connection is very loose... I have thrown it away. Will not give more time that would be involved for my returning it - and for an order a purchase I did not make. Your messed up some glitch in your system sets selections and purchases we did not make!

Although the delivery took place days before the scheduled date, the cane with saber has arrived without the fitting that joins the blade of the saber with the fist. Please send me these pieces quickly because to buy this cane I was motivated by the fact that it had a saber and although I do not intend to use it, it is a defensive weapon that can be useful for older people. Received thank you. For once during a Joom delivery, the package was reinforced with cardboard and polystyrene! This is the first time I haven't received everything loose in a plastic bag!!!! THANKS !!! The color pulls much more towards bronze, which is not to displease me. Before the purchase I wanted to know if the sword could withdraw. I confirm it unscrews without problem. About the sword: good (or bad?) surprise the blade is raw, not sharpened. It's quite reassuring. Very nice item anyway.

Relies on South African postal service for delivery which does not function well, it is an institution that is on the verge of collapsing. Had no idea where I was supposed to pick up the package, couldn't communicate with Joom to confirm!!!!! Eventually tried local post office and found it there. Had to pay very high local delivery (and customs?) fee, 50% of online cost which was not mentioned during purchase. Will not use Joom again until they quote the total cost and use courier services in South Africa (which works very well).
