Ik kan niet geloven dat na een maand wachten op levering ik 5 glazen ontvang ipv 6. Ik kan ook niet geloven hoe moeilijk het is om dit via support opgelost te krijgen. Dit is de eerste en ook de allerlaatste keer dat ik nog iets koop via Joom. Ongelooflijk dat je meer dan €10 per glas betaalt, dat je een hele maand moet wachten op levering, en dat er dan een glas ontbreekt! Welke normale persoon verpakt 5 glazen in een verpakking voor 6?? Absurd, vind ik dit.
