Unfortunately the quality is poor. I ordered Norman and Emma together as I already owned Ray's through another site. This one has different processing, much more beautiful and smooth. With Norman's hair you can clearly see where the individual lines were glued together as there is a distinct edge there. He also has dark airbrush spots that he shouldn't have and that weren't there in the picture of the order either. His look is not at all as advertised, you can see in my picture that it makes quite a difference. The hands look like Barbie dolls, shiny and inferior. The workmanship is sloppy and not so smooth, it makes it look really cheap. Not even the small cup has a straight, clean rim at the top. I'm really disappointed. But after I wrote to support and shared my issue, they gave me a 50% refund, so very accommodating of them.

[Reply to Zack 🍋] The quality is not good. I ordered Norman and Emma together as I already owned Ray's through another site. This one has different processing, much more beautiful and smooth. Emma's hair isn't pointy, it looks more like it broke off there, a shame. The chair isn't the same as the Ray figure either, although they should match. You can also see glue residue on the skirt, because the individual parts of it don't stick together tightly enough. Also, the face isn't like the real thing, it's more like a barbie doll. In addition, the legs are glued together completely crooked (see pictures). Since the figures are for looking at, they should also be handsome, which is why the product failed in my eyes. But after I wrote to support and shared my issue, they gave me a 50% refund, so very accommodating of them.

13 days delivery time. Very nice product in a handy storage box. 8 individual parts in also 8 different sizes (4 pieces each). The "grid inserts" can additionally be pushed into the soft "silicone sleeves", which also have a type of hook-and-loop fastener for better retention.. So in theory, all applications can also be used individually. The advantage of the silicone sleeves is their better conformity inside the nose. While the mesh inserts are also very thin and comfortable, they are not quite as flexible as the others.. Practice: They help me! I get the confirmation every morning when I have used it! For me, it's an extreme difference - you immediately get more air and therefore also breathe much more calmly.! Tip: Choose the right size. They should fit snugly, otherwise you'll lose them (happened to me often).
