The dish drying rack was sent without the cutlery holder, although the offer clearly stated that such a holder is included in the set. In addition, there is a visible factory defect on one of the metal elements.. I appreciate the efficient communication with the Team. After discussing the details and sending photos and videos confirming the product damage, my request for a resolution was handled promptly. I received an incomplete, damaged dish rack, but if the product had been complete and undamaged, I would certainly have considered it solid. Hence the change in my opinion from one star to four.
Unfortunately, the product was packed only in a plastic bag and arrived damaged with a dent, but I wouldn't use it anyway because it's different from the one in the picture. It's shallow and holds very little water, I don't think it's suitable for washing. When ordering, I was guided by the pictures and it seemed deeper and roomy. However, the damage teaches me not to order more such products. Too bad, I regret the purchase.
The product is thin, fragile, made of fir wood (the wooden part, it is not entirely wood), a wood that already has two places where it is hit and deformed from transport. The shelves only have a wooden edge, they are made of a melamine board/plywood... In the description and in the picture it is not like that. I need 20 screws to mount it and I got 9 screws. The package looks like it has been through the war.
I had ordered 4 connectors. One came without the bolt. Since getting an item delivered here in the UK takes about 2 to 3 weeks, it's definitely not worth it to purchase anything from this site. The reason being, that it will impede on any project. I have had to revise my project and use different connectors all round. So whatever I have purchased will remain redundant, unfortunately.
The fabric has a tear of 7 cm, 2 cm open visible from both sides. The website guidance says something about a "Joom support team button" to the right. Sorry, there is no !! Joom promised warranty and support but no support or contact address visible or it is hidden for normal customers. Any kind of feedback about further action in order to find a solution is highly appreciated
