Dear Customer Support Team, I would like to report an issue with the coffee table I recently purchased from your company. Overall, I am very satisfied with the table, and everything would have been perfect if Part No. 1 (the tabletop) had not arrived warped and uneven. As you can clearly see in the attached photos, I placed a straight piece of protective Styrofoam along the tabletop to demonstrate the problem. There is a visible gap between the Styrofoam and the surface, showing that Part No. 1 is not completely flat but has a noticeable curve. As a result, there is also a visible difference in height between the front and rear sections of the tabletop when it is closed. I would like to emphasize that this is not an assembly or tightening issue. I have carefully followed the assembly instructions and securely tightened all the screws. It is also important to clarify that this defect could only be identified after the table was fully assembled. The curvature is not something that can be easily detected through a normal visual inspection of the individual components before assembly. It would not be reasonable or practical to expect a customer to individually check the level and straightness of every single panel before putting the furniture together. Therefore, the fact that the table has already been assembled should not affect the resolution of what is clearly a pre-existing defect in Part No. 1. Considering that this table was not inexpensive, I must admit that I am very disappointed and upset about this issue, especially since I otherwise really like the product. For this reason, I kindly request that you send me a replacement for Part No. 1 only, at no additional cost. There is absolutely no need to replace the entire table, as all the other components are perfectly fine. I sincerely hope you can help me resolve this issue so that I can enjoy the table in the condition and quality I expected when purchasing it. Thank you for your understanding and assistance. Ne pirkite šio produkto iš šio pardavėjo ir nenaudokite Joom didmeninės prekybos. Klientų aptarnavimas yra siaubingas. Dabar sprendžiu skundą dėl negautų varžtų ar sraigtų su mano pirktu triviečiu dviaukšte lova. Mano vaikai miega ant grindų, o aš turiu triviečio dviaukštės lovos strypus, išklotus ant grindų. Aš pats parašiau pardavėjui ir Joom. Atsakymo laukiu 5 darbo dienas. Laimei, kad mokėjau per Klarna, todėl sustabdžiau mokėjimą, kol jie man atsiųs tai, ką pirkau – varžtus ir sraigtus!!

Nepirkite, nebent sutinkate gauti pažeistą prekę. Gavau pažeistą prekę pažeistoje pakuotėje. Nuskilęs keliose vietose, o viršutinės dalies spalva tamsesnė nei parodyta nuotraukose, nors apatinės dalies spalva tokia pati kaip nuotraukose, todėl tikrai ne apšvietimo problema. Siuntimo dėžė taip pat buvo pažeista.. Ir visa tai dar ne viskas, Joom klientų aptarnavimas atsisakė padėti. Pasak jų, tai nėra pažeista. Nėra aiškios žalos ir prekių politikos, veiksmai prieštarauja vartotojų taisyklėms.

Iš pradžių buvau labai nusivylusi, nes penktadienį gavau tik pusę siuntos ir norėjau ją grąžinti, nes negavau to, ką užsakiau, be to, tikėjausi, kad detalės bus didesnės ir kažkaip SUJUNGtos. O pirmadienį atkeliavo ir kita dalis, ir man pavyko šį didelį dėlionę surinkti pačiai per 5 val.. Taip pat yra nedidelis defektas - laiptelis gale.

Nuotraukoje lova yra kambario viduryje. Kai surinkau vieną šoną, ji yra juoda, todėl dėl estetikos negaliu palikti lovos viduryje. Tai neaišku skelbime, o sumokėta suma, kad ją pastatyčiau prie sienos, nėra tai, ko norėjau.

Užsakymas turėjo atkeliauti per tris dienas. Atkeliavo tik po savaitės, o mano rajonas žinomas dėl vagysčių. Man pasisekė, kad apskritai gavau prekę! O informacijos apie siuntos kelionę buvo labai mažai. Siaubingas aptarnavimas.

Siuntinys atėjo nepilnas. Nėra varžtų ir veržlių, net ir instrukcijos lapo. Bandžiau rašyti, bet manęs prašoma laukti. Noriu, kad tai būtų išspręsta nedelsiant, arba kad užsakymas būtų grąžintas kuo greičiau.
