The quality of these dresses are of a very poor standard and the sizing is completely wrong. They cannot be worn both small. The yellow dress the fabric is pretty much sheer nothing like the dress on the zoom website. The grey stripe dress is far too small in size and and the fabric is cheap and sleezy. I wish for a full refund and a way of returning the items. I have requested this on numerous occassions. Customer service is non existent you do not get a response or continued communication. I am now ready to escalate my complaintusing my rights for a "notice of dispute". I find Zoom's service like no other, there is no clarity or consistency. I would like my matter resolving.
