From order to delivery it only took 16 days to me 👍 This is a cloth hat that can be worn on both sides. I chose the classic version in black and white. It doesn't say what material the hat is made of, but it feels very much like a cotton/poly blend. Feels soft and is comfortable to wear ☺️ The hat has a good quality and is perfectly processed 👍👍 Unfortunately, it has standard dimensions and is therefore a little too big for my head. But that doesn't matter, because it sits loose. I like the hat very much and that's why I give it 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ And can recommend the dealer and the product 👍👍

Very nice snapback, the color wine red comes out great and is exactly like the picture. The lettering Mathilde is embroidered and so far no threads have come loose. Have had it now (March 4th, 2020) for almost four months, it has also seen three transports in a backpack and is still in top condition. You can adjust the size at the back with a click fastener. Great for the price, would recommend anytime. *unfortunately the picture/pictures is/are a bit overexposed, color is wine red/burgundy like in the picture.

Deceived yet again. Advertised as made of cotton and when it arrived I found that it is made of synthetic fibers (100% acrylic) - therefore it does not match the advertised product. Acrylic fibers are synthetic fibers made from a polymer (polyacrylonitrile) Cotton are natural fibers, considered basic and classic, which can have two origins, animal origin (wool and silk) and vegetable origin (cotton, jute, hemp, flax and sisal).. After the complaint, I accepted the refund of 50% of the order value, this refund being made immediately. Thank you Joom.

The cap is made of thick polyester with a touch of waterproofing. The cap itself is well made, the color matches exactly (I ordered grey). The stitching is well done, no loose threads.. The cut is a classic cut, it fits well on an adult's head, there is a rubber band with a lock on the back, which stretches but I don't know how to adjust it. The only thing that does not match the photo is that the photo seems to have a hard lining when in reality it comes soft, it is a single layer. It arrived wrinkled from transit, but I think that this is corrected by using it.

I do not recommend it I bought 2 different ones and both went in the trash . The producer either learned to sew such a pattern or did it carelessly.. Stitching between the flat cap and the actual cap . The pleats and stitching did not give the right pattern in any way, not to mention the 62 cm size which has little to do with the truth. One way or another, both hats are garbage, luckily I bought two different ones earlier from other manufacturers and they are good with the right pattern. Once again, they have no idea what such a hat should look like . Tomasz k

THEY EXAMINED IT AT CUSTOMS, FOR 5 EUROS, THEY THINK I COULD SELL IT FOR 10,000 EUROS, IT IS A SHAME OF INSANE PRODUCTS THAT PASS THROUGH THE HANDS AND POCKETS OF OFFICIALS AND TOUCH MY NOSES WITH A CAP FOR MY SON, FROM 5 EUROS, WHAT A SHAME. AT THIS MOMENT JOOM HAS NOTHING TO BE FAULT, BUT THE CORRUPTION OF THE EMPLOYEES, I HAVE BEEN AN EMPLOYEE FOR HALF THE WORLD FOR 47 YEARS. THE CAP IS GOOD, I RECOMMEND IT.
