Elastic band to exercise muscles. They are very useful since you can do exercises anywhere, they do not require large spaces or complicated facilities since they are specifically designed for comfort and prolonged use in any space. Highly recommended 👍👍😉👍👍. 📦 Package Content: An elastic band to exercise muscles. 👍Pros: Delivery to Spain in 24 days. ✈️ Well packed for the trip. Very good quality enough for this product . They are made with resistant materials (TPE) and high durability. You can do exercises anywhere. This band is the perfect ally for older people as it allows exercises to be performed safely and to the extent of their resistance.. They can be used in exercises that help regenerate and maintain muscles, as well as to exercise the motor part.. They do not require large spaces or complicated installations. 👎Cons: nothing to note.

The elastic band I mentioned seems to have a strong point in its attractive color and initial use. However, in my experience, I might wish it had more durability and less stretch. Apparently, the consistency of the material may be too thin and give the impression that it gives way too easily. Overall, I would benefit from a stronger elastic band with more controlled elasticity to meet my usage needs.

Beauty leg trainer! 😁 Cool machine to train the muscles of your legs. You can adjust the strength. It's easy for your legs, but when you try it with your arms it is actually quite strong. Ofcourse the muscles of your legs are bigger than the muscles of your arms. Package arrived a bit damaged, but the product is good! I received it in just 3 weeks at home. Order was tracked. Super!! I advice 😘🦵🏻💪🏻👏🏻

Gym equipment, for home or outdoors to do a little sport without overdoing it, since I'm starting to get a bit active now.

Received my purple adjustable resistance band set very happy I can't wait to try it thank you Joom 😃💛 and thank you Canada Post 😃👍

I still have to try it out, I bought it as a replacement for another training device. It's sturdy and the color is nice.

Fast delivery practical exercise tool I recommend I use it myself I am very satisfied

Very poor quality. Maybe it’s made for kids, not for adults. Absolute 0 efficiency.
