Terrible product and terrible customer service...The S size is enormous, too long in the sleeves and creates a bulge at the back, which makes the jacket ridiculous and unwearable. Despite having requested a refund, it was denied as it corresponds to the description... So now, even though I can't wear it, I absolutely have to keep it.!!! So the product is unusable, the website is truly terrible and at this point it is impossible to buy anything (because if it doesn't fit perfectly, you don't even have the option to request a return), customer service and returns are unqualified!!! I strongly advise anyone against it!!

Very nice quality, but item not true to description. I have a chest of 128. I tried the item wearing only a t-shirt and it is tight. It is not 132 cm chest. For sure. Also, the shape is not the one in the photo. It falls straight and not bell-shaped. It is more of a jacket than a fur coat. Too bad. For the price I expected much better. I do not recommend if you want the model illustrated. If, however, you are fine with a coat that falls straight, the quality of the fabric is good. Since it is of good quality, I will give it away because the refund procedures with joom are cumbersome and very long.

This goes for both Jackets, green and black S. How is this small??? The arms space is larger than my leg and the jacket is not even tight fit. It does not look like the pictures at all and it has alot of space to be a small jacket. Feels like Large. Either someone is blind or i am confused. This is not small at all, it is too long. I have a refrence picture of how tight my waist is and this jacket feels like a blanket. It is not tight fit att all and my arms feels loose even though the jacket feels brand new and good and all. The fit is way off. I want a refund.

The jacket is generally nice, good quality smooth denim, reasonably aesthetically sewn, nice cut, dimensions consistent with those given on the store website, but the color differs significantly from that presented in the photo - it is more blue, the lace and rhinestone application is less rich but that is actually a plus in my taste, and besides, throughout the entire jacket (front, pockets, cuffs) there are no buttonholes cut out, which the customer has to make themselves... Nevertheless, it will stay with me because overall it's okay, I like it.

Poor quality product, poorly finished and with small and not very resistant belt loops (as opposed to propaganda photos). To complete everything, ordered a size M pants, arrived a pants (I assume based on the measurements shown in the sales item, there are no labels to decipher it) of size XL, therefore impossible for me to use it if not at carnival, dressing as clown. This article is not recommended, as it is not even worth half of the amount paid.

My son is 200 cm tall and weighs 220 kg. The winter jacket is much too tight at the stomach, about 15 cm are missing.. The sleeves are also too short. Unfortunately going back I am quite disappointed that for such expensive goods I don't receive any discount from them. The return shipping to the Dealer to China costs me €48.00 That is completely disproportionate to the item. So I will keep the item . I cannot give a recommendation for your shop. 1200ml is only 1000ml, it's a shame because I definitely bought a 1200ml because my coffee pot holds 1200ml (5 cups of coffee) and I actually wanted to put in exactly that amount. Temperature also leaves something to be desired, test phase failed, cooled from 100 to 85 degrees after 3 hours and already cooled to 45 degrees after 6 hours. Suitable for a short trip, but definitely not for a day of fishing, unless you like cold coffee or tea after 4 to 5 hours.
