Good day, Today I finally received the ski suit that I had to wait for for more than two weeks. Upon opening the package, I unfortunately had to discover that the ski suit is of very poor quality. There are loose threads visible everywhere and the suit is very poorly made.. Furthermore, the trousers are missing the elastic strap that goes over the shoulders.. I am also disappointed with the hat, as the fibers or fluff already fall out when touching and wearing it. If I wash the hat, I fear that it will be completely unwearable afterwards.. Overall, the item does not meet my expectations or the description at all. I would therefore like to know how we can resolve the problem.. Kind regards

I ordered a size 46 and was delivered a size 44. This is becoming systematic as it was already the case on the previous order. I am now extremely unhappy to have used jour because only one order went well out of the ones I was able to place, which means I have wasted 5 shirts for 4 that arrived in the correct size. Please refund me point for the ties it's the same thing they are children's ties I don't even understand how you can offer them without it being clearly mentioned point is the description sufficiently clear to be able to make a correct purchase.

The size is just right, but the measurements indicated slightly larger (luckily I always leave a few cm of margin). Heating seems little to me, but I tried it with a tiny old power bank. That is probably the problem. Excellent workmanship in any case, except in the hood where the seams are all parade. Update: the 10000mAh duracell powerbank sucks it up in a couple of hours! And you can't even feel the heat with warm clothes underneath.Excellent only if you don't wear a scarf and sweater underneath, as the hot parts are in contact with the body

Surely my review is not on the product, but on the application it makes it seem not serious, because in u order placed in the item my orders the message delivery date time appears and not yet delivered it has already been more than 15 days from that date. When no in the item (yes or no) it tells me that I have to wait 70 days to report the non-delivery But in the other items it says that if the courier puts it in the application that delivered it, the seller is not obliged to return the money.

Thought I'd better order the larger size, it won't fit, but I thought wrong, lol. I love these pants, will order them again, keeps my legs really warm, work night shift in security. So it has to be in really bad weather, pouring rain, very windy. For the first time I don't feel cold on my legs. I'm very happy about that. Great pants. Update: I just ordered 2 more pants one size smaller. The rubber has twisted, but I don't care because I wear them under my service trousers.
