It arrived well, .It is a Pink Rubellite Tourmaline Gem . It's veeery pretty and very elegant, so you can wear it with either a dress or a pantsuit. And if you have earrings of the same color, or others, even silver ones of the stud type . Well, it gives you a great personality. 💕 Please this ring, it arrived to me in only one package. Separate from the other package, both packages the same day and same time. Even the postman told me, they could have put this together with the others, because now I have to pay for two packages. That is, €13. It's what I don't think is right, and I don't understand how they don't get it. Because I never order just one item. I would appreciate it if you would send them all together since it costs me the same to ship a package of 10 items or more as it does a package with one item. Thank you very much for your understanding. Or so I hope.👍

The Baltic Amber set. What a marvel. With the silver seal too.👍 It has made me fall in love!!💕 This set has come in a package with the classic Indian elephant earrings . And they also charged me €6 and something. I don't understand why they didn't send me the previous earrings in the same package, since I bought them together and they delivered the earrings separately. At the same time, paying double. . When on top of that, they tell you the delivery is free. ??

Not satisfied. Bears no resemblance to the sales photo. Will not order anything from Joom again. The ring is poorly made. The stone is anything but beautiful. Additionally, it is not silver. Stamping 925 silver on it is fraud. I have the sender's details, I'll see what can be done. I have never seen anything so ugly.

Absolute catastrophe!!! It's broken... impossible to wear and secondly this is aluminum and the stone is glass and not even silver and Hrabat gemstone!!!! 17 fr for this broken aluminum... really I am deeply disappointed.... Please send me my money back...it is a defective product with such a big lie....

SECOND TIME I HAVE BEEN DAMAGED. They put gift instead of the ioss and I had to repay the VAT and a fine. Joom does not help and therefore I will report to AGCM BOTH JOOM AND THE SELLER PWR FOR LACK OF ASSISTANCE FOR ORDERS. I wish you to lose the money you make customers lose. Incompetent! You don't know how to work!
