Thin Waterproof Hooded Jacket for Women Outdoor Mountaineering

A more than mediocre site, it's better not to have a problem with a return because no one answers you and doesn't try to find a solution, jacket bought for 50 euros with shipping costs, you are given the solution of returning it at my expense, information given at the post office 28 euros for a return, I do not recommend Joom for all items to date, problem not resolved and does not respond to customer service Honestly, it's better to use SHEIN or Ali Express because at least they do what's necessary quickly and without any problems and respond to you. I recommend you not to buy from them. Very unhappy with Joom because it was a Christmas present and I will certainly not get a refund.

The jacket is too small, and much too small despite being 6XL. I have to return it, but I can't manage it. Even though everything is described, it's not that easy.. Please accept the jacket complaint, I am keeping the other two items, i.e. the trousers and the wallet, everything is ok. I don't know how else to contact you. I am waiting for information by email, to which address I should send back the jacket.. Important matter. greetings Dorota Malinowska

In my opinion, it is synthetic fiber and not 100% cotton, I am very disappointed with the entire delivery, I will certainly not order anything more from this company!!! A return at my own expense for this misleading description and without any tags on the clothing is regrettable for me as a customer..

Terrible purchase. The size is too small by 2 sizes compared to the guide. It cannot be exchanged for a larger size, you can only ship the product back at your own expense. Since it comes from China, it's not worth it, the shipping cost far exceeds the value of the jacket. In short, I threw my money away.

The PJs were lovely. I have bought many from you ..they just drip dry.and there ready to go..These are my second pair of the same jeans. I keep wearing the first. They are well made sticking lovely. The material is as well light in coulour the are a light Jean for summer and winter lovely thankyou.

The shirt is super, just like in the photo, I'm in love with it, excellently finished and with a nicely chosen color scheme, the material composition is ideal 100% cotton, comfortable, great for trousers and sneakers and not only. This is already my second shirt purchased. I recommend the purchase, worth the money and more.

The shirt is small, I ordered 4xl and probably received a size s I cannot be precise because it was cut The label with the size!!! Unusable by me. Very poor quality material. I strongly advise against it. A mockery.

The item received is a child size...label cut...poorly sewn threads...shameful..I don't want to pay to return it and I don't want to pay for the item. I ask you to settle this with my payment method klarna.thank you
