אריזה פגומה,מוצר שבור.מבקשת החזר מלא

The holders received do not look like the picture at all - it is a two-part 3D print, different from the one shown, which is plugged together in the middle around the mounting point and was originally glued with superglue to an outer location, but arrived broken exactly there. The quality is not appropriate for the price asked - for that money, I could have gotten a one-piece, more solid, anodized aluminum holder from other manufacturers/suppliers, e.g., Amazon. Also, the price was initially lower when selected in the Joom shop - and when I saw the summary after ordering, I noticed that triple the price was now being charged as initially offered. Disappointing.

When ordering I was guided by the photos showing a man holding a cloth covering his face, chest and waist! Other photos also show a thick cloth made of several layers!!! In reality, I received a thin ,,fitko", the size of a large notebook! Don't be misled because of a different photo and a different description! My only mistake was that I didn't read the description and was guided by the photos! This is the first time I feel disappointed and I've been a customer for 3 years.

The product does not fully match the description and photos. The item shown in the listing looks like detailed 3D plastic figures, but what I received are flat laminated charms with visible distortions. The quality is poor: some details are blurry. The overall finish looks much cheaper than in the photos.

I must state again that I was tricked into ordering two large stickers, when in fact I had ordered two small 4 cm x 5.4 cm stickers (see the enclosed photo). I have no use for the LARGE ones (11 cm x 11 cm). Please accept this!

I'm very unhappy with this product and request a full refund. The item is not what was described in the picture. It is super tiny and the quality is very poor. Please contact me as soon as possible and send me the refund to my card. Thanks.

when it arrived to me in May, 2025 I didn't check it immediately because I was very busy, after months I dedicated myself to that item to place it on the bike and I found that two pieces are missing to fix it to the bike.!!!
