Hello, The product I received does not match the one I bought from you. Just look at the photo I am sending you and compare it to the one of the product purchased.. There are big seams that go all the way around, which I find very ugly.. Moreover, the quality isn't there... The slippers are not leather, but imitation leather. I will never wear these slippers. I therefore wish to return them to you... Send me a voucher for the return. And I wish to receive what I ordered in return, or failing that, to be reimbursed. cordially Mr. Bruno Goimard 0672383017

Hello joom-Team I have received the shoes (Order No. M2JW85JN); unfortunately, the fabric straps (and the fasteners) are missing. Please send them to me. Thank you very much—I look forward to hearing from you. Five stars in advance for your addition - thanks. Sincerely Stefan Sterz Wilhalde 56 5504 Othmarsingen 004177 530 12 20 manuel0263@gmail.com

I ordered a shoe with a black toe in size 40. What I received was a white shoe with a white heel in size 39! I immediately threw it in the trash because I was disappointed with your delivery. Whether I will order from you again, I don't think so.

The shoes were delivered incorrectly, The color is light beige and they are also too small are not as described, they look very cheap. I want to return them. I expect your Goodwill. Helga Wecker Please send return slip!!

The product does not match the chosen product!! The height of the boot in the photo I used is mid-calf!! And I received a low-cut ankle boot!! I had to wait more than 1 month to receive the product and I am disappointed!!

Shoes of very poor quality, they seem to be made for children to play in at carnival, the heels are different, thicker and lower, the shoes are weak, the materials are very poor, they are not worth the money, not even half of what they cost

Flip-flops with a fake adjustable strap, when instead I ordered a pair where you can tighten or loosen according to your foot and slightly shorter although I ordered the same size... basically a disappointment!

What I ordered and what I got are two different items. I would like to return the shoes and receive a refund ... but on your website it does not appear to be possible!! Please advise how I can return my order?
