At one of my first orders the item arrived wrong, I was not even warned in time that the item was out of stock, so I don't understand how they managed to sell a product that was out of stock?!? After reporting the error instead of starting an express shipment to repair the mistake, they tried in every way to make me keep the articles at 50% but I with the support of the lawyers of my consumer association I held out, however it remains the damage, I needed the tie to accompany my daughter to the altar and they managed to ruin the party for me, I cared I trusted them, now unfortunately I would not even be able to buy it from anywhere else given the tight deadlines for delivery, Unreliable seller, do not buy anything from him and bad customer service, as soon as this affair is over I will close my account.

I have ordered a tie four times, and each time they have sent me a different model. When I tried to claim it, they charged me money all four times because the points assigned for the claim were not sufficient.. If you don't have the model, could you say so. I'm very disappointed. Very bad! I ordered two photos of different ties and received two of each model, but not the one I ordered. Very bad! I will hardly make another purchase from Joom.

This was a gift for a family member. I thought it would have been delivered in a presentation box...I wouldn't have minded paying a bit extra for that either, just would have made it so much nicer with Christmas coming up... Instead you just receive the item in a long see through plastic packaging. Not nice to present to someone for Christmas!!!...at least offer your customers a choice Joom!!!..

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! I received a completely different tie, without any of the extras listed in the product description. The returns, complaints, and refunds system doesn't work, even after registering on the site! This site is designed to extort money and should be reported as fraudulent!

Everything is very beautiful, but my shoes are too small for me😅😭 and the white shoes arrived somewhat bruised but nothing that cannot be fixed, only the black ones arrived in their yellow box and the white ones in a bag but everything is fine, it is my second order in Joom and I am very satisfied🩷

Hello . Very pretty. The knot to make it as it appears in the photo is a little more complicated. It would be wonderful if it came with photos of how to place the tie so that it is perfect. Otherwise very cute. All the best. Sincerely . Conchita.
