תודה רבה!!!.

This item is clearly a brand counterfeit, meaning a fake product, which was confirmed by the actual trademark holder and an expert opinion from an independent third party, in this case a sneaker shop. Unfortunately, only a partial refund was issued by JOOM after repeated requests. Therefore, particular caution is advised on this platform regarding fakes/counterfeits! The attached pictures show only two examples of the fake QR code from China, which does not exist at all, as well as the "funny China box".! This item is clearly and demonstrably a counterfeit—a so-called "fake"—as confirmed by the actual trademark holder, PUMA, and an expert assessment from an independent third party (in this case, a sneaker shop). Unfortunately, despite repeated inquiries, JOOM only issued a partial refund. Therefore, particular caution is advised on this platform regarding fakes and counterfeit goods. I tried several online apps for these shoes for a Christmas present for my Son the size I needed was 45 and that size was sold out on every app I tried so I downloaded Joom although they were DBL the Price in a size 45 I'm grateful to Joom there definitely Nike Original and Excellent Quality with unnotable stitching around the side of the soles another bonus and the Nike Logo underneath there's no complaints they arrived in two separate boxes well wrapped in my country and probably others some venues won't allow you in wearing jogging / sneakers on these are impeccable because they pass for what id call a hybrid shoe / trainers my Son had an accident and has pins in both sides of one off he's legs these are ideal because there light for him to wear highly recommend but for DBL the price for size 45 that's up to each individual to decide if you take other sizes have no fear there a lovely Pair 😅 Thanks Joom will be looking forward to dealing with you in the future for other items 💯☘️👍

Spectacular!, ever since I bought my first Nike More Up Tempo Low Sneakers, they look super good, they dress up an outfit, attract everyone's attention, and are super comfortable, what's outrageous are the prices outside the USA, the first ones I bought Black/Silver cost me $100, and there the size doesn't matter the price is the same, here a size 43/44 the price skyrockets between €250 up to €500 an armed robbery. Spectacular! Ever since I bought my first pair of Nike More Uptempo Low sneakers, I want them all. They look great—they really stand out and catch everyone’s eye. Plus, they’re super comfortable, and you can even pull off a formal dress code if you know how to accessorize. However, the prices outside the U.S. are absolutely outrageous. The first pair I bought (Black/Silver) cost me $100, and in the U.S., the price is the same regardless of the size. Here, for a size 43/44, the price skyrockets to anywhere between €250 and €500—INSANE! It’s rubbery at gunpoint!

I checked the authenticity, the codes matched, I asked the seller for information, but I never got answers. I spoke in the Joom chat, empty and doubtful responses. Because I paid a lot for the product, being in doubt is not good, as I am against counterfeiting. I checked the code on the box and the shoe on the Onitsuka Tiger website, it's listed there. Conclusion, everything matches as original, but I felt uncomfortable because the seller didn't reply, the email I received from the Onitsuka Tiger website was: "we cannot evaluate the authenticity of products purchased on other platforms", how can they not evaluate it if I checked the code on their own website and the code and model are listed there as original. Only a week after receiving it did I remove the seal from the shoe and will use it, but I kept the box, the seal, everything that came with it, in case I need it someday.

Very disappointing experience – would never buy from Joom again. I purchased a pair of New Balance shoes from joom, but after receiving them, I compared them carefully with the same model I purchased directly from the official New Balance website. There are noticeable differences in the shoes, including the quality and details, which makes me seriously question their authenticity. I have also found the return process extremely difficult and frustrating. It should not be this hard to return a product when there are serious concerns about its authenticity. This has been a very disappointing experience. I will never buy from Joom again and would strongly advise other customers to be very careful when purchasing from this seller.

These sports shoes fit my size, but I knew right away that you need to take half a size larger. That is, if you have a foot size 45.5, take half a size larger – 46. They fit perfectly on the feet. If you buy these shoes, they will be suitable for players who like speed and a good fit. I recommend them to people playing at a high level and professional athletes. Original sports shoes are sold. If I could give a higher rating, I certainly would. 100/100
