קיבלתי מוצר אחר ממה שהזמנתי. JOOM החזירו לי רק מחצית מעלות ההזמנה והשאיר לי את המוצר המיותר. אני לא אקנה יותר מ - JOOM !!! I received a different product from what I ordered. JOOM only refunded half of the cost and let me keep the unwanted item. I will never buy from JOOM again
we orderd 4 same but is two/two the same thats not good , we want to return and have 4 the same please. the products are good but 2 and 2 different ones. Can we return and get 4 the same ones please. I dont now how to get pictures in this, sorry i am to old for that.
The packaging was very poor and item came falling apart as the flimsy box was all squashed. I manage to put it together. I am disappointed that it doesn't charge. It works only with usb linked to item or with batteries. I expected better for that price.
The item was so badly packed that is was broken by arrival. The item doesn’t fill it’s purpose, at least not if you want to use Finnish toilet paper rolls! The money I payed for the item and transport plus taxes (6,68 euros) was a total waste 😒.
This product was ok for the price I paid but hard to adjust the focal length. It allmost aligned with the description provided. I would recommend it to others but would think hard about purchasing it again.
It came with one of the five arms completely broken and another cracked. So I glued it and kept it until I decide what to do because shilling is very expensive from Cyprus to China. What can you do?
