To ensure the quality of the delivered products meets the standards, a dedicated inspection process has been set up in the product delivery process to ensure that every outgoing product is qualified. After the production and packaging of the product are completed, it will enter the comprehensive inspection stage before shipment, which is responsible by a dedicated person and strictly follows the established quality standards to carry out inspection work. During the inspection process, the staff will inspect the products one by one, focusing on core indicators such as appearance integrity, compliance with specification parameters, and functional normality. At the same time, they will check whether the product packaging is intact and whether it can effectively protect the product from damage during transportation. The verification process does not omit any product or simplify any inspection steps. Any products found during the inspection that do not meet the standards will be promptly removed and not released from the warehouse to ensure that the released products meet the predetermined quality requirements. Our shipment inspection work ensures that every product received by the customer meets the specified standards and reduces inconvenience caused by product quality issues. The inspection process follows the principles of objectivity and rigor, without exaggeration or embellishment. It strictly operates according to product quality standards to ensure the authenticity and reliability of inspection results, and effectively delivers qualified products to customers.

Official Genuine

I received a complete different product. Instead of receiving goro akechi and ren amamiya I received two characters from blue lock. I hope I'll either get sent the correct product or get my money back because this is really upsetting.

I purchased 4 pieces of this part, and none of them work. They are all completely seized up. Even turning them by hand is extremely difficult, although they should spin freely and smoothly.

Not happy at all for £23 I expected 30 NEEDOH surprises and only got one. I’ve been waiting so long for this as my niece is obsessed with squishy and I am utterly disappointed.
