The delivery took a very long time. I was notified that the package had arrived, but it was neither at the address nor at the post office (for a week). The bag was scratched, the product being fragile was not marked as such, as a result it makes some strange noises as if the mechanism is not working properly (squeaks, clicks...). Disappointing, you wait a month for an order and it arrives like this. Thank you, I no longer trust ordering from you anytime soon.
