First, the product doesn't match the description. I specifically chose this store and decided to pay extra because the seller's product photos were accurate. They showed two sneaker models in two colors, but with the same sole and tread pattern. I liked this particular design, but the sneakers I received had a different sole design. I could have bought them cheaper at another store where the product photos showed these exact models. The quality is average, not bad for the price. Second, they run small. I bought them according to the size chart and chose a size 44. They are a bit tight, but wearable. I usually wear a size 42-43, and these 44s are short. My feet are a size 27, and for comfort, the sneakers should fit a size 28 inside the shoe. The size chart most likely indicates the length of the insole inside the sneaker, although it states that the user's foot length corresponds to this size. I have always been satisfied with Joom, but this time, two parcels arrived that didn't match the description. Upd: The sole design is different from the product image. However, the quality is decent for the price, and the shoes are lightweight and comfortable. I received a half refund due to a minor discrepancy between the image and the product. I recommend dealing with this seller; they are honest, and that's what matters most!
