Hi I am writing you a message here because I don't know how else to do it.! Attached I am sending you the photos of my order, which I returned today. I was unable to make the return shipment by 11.04.2026, as we were absent from 02.04. to 12.04.2026. I only received your email about where and how we can return the goods on 05.04, i.e. during the holidays.. Now I have sent the goods back by post today.. I hope for your goodwill and for a refund of the invoice With best thanks and kind regards Rudolf Locher

Large fits me (size 16) like a fitted top rather than loosely like the image. The material is thin (vest top necessary underneath) and the design is printed on a white base fabric so the colours are not as strong as in the image. However, it has a nice 2 way stretch to it, is soft and comfortable, and surprisingly warm for how thin it is.

Hello, I bought 4 shirts for €84 in 2XL but they are way too small and it's impossible to return the products. When you ask the seller, they reply 4 to 5 days and the return costs are your responsibility. You are the one paying the return costs from France to China, it costs a lot..... And on Aliexpress and Temu the return costs are totally free..

Guys they are scam. Don’t buy . You won’t get any of your refund . Everyday I wake I cause them especially the customer care won’t mention their names here, but everyday I curse them and their family

The shirt runs unacceptably small, even the children's size M is unusable. A return seems impossible.. With the experience, this was my last purchase on Joom

The sweaters are of very poor quality, not as described. They were supposed to be cashmere but they are 35% wool and the rest is artificial addition. The workmanship is hopeless. The sweaters will be returned.

It is supposed to be a cashmere sweater. The label in the sweater states 65% polyester and 35% cotton. Admittedly: it is still quite comfortable to wear.
