The product looks great, however it wasnt checked over by the quality control department before being shipped, product had a hole in it, guess china doesnt have a qc department to look things over before shipping, i didnt pay much for this item. Just was dissatisfied in the item being damaged and timeframe to recieve it. You should stand behind this Joom and send me another pair XL size in the same color i have ordered to make this right. You're not serious, what panty are you showing on the picture and how is it in reality?!? nothing in common☹️ Don't let sin push you to buy this product, the quality is very bad . Practically, the wire was released from the first test. The 3XL size announced for a 101 cm "chest" circumference does not correspond to a 100B size but corresponds to a 120 cm "chest" circumference. The "chest" circumference seems to correspond to a "bust" circumference.?! Joom refunded me in points, which allowed me to order a more suitable size L, for a 95-100B size!

The product is far too small for a large and looks like an infants size it goes nowhere near fitting me .I cannot even get one arm in .What is the refund process where do I send it back for the refund do you send me a return label? Please respond on this e mail address.
The seller sent the wrong size. I paid for a size 7-8 suit for a 9-year-old girl. I received size 5-6.. The delivery took a very long time, 38 days. Unfortunately, due to the seller's mistake, I have to destroy the suit to get a refund.
The skirt is very nicely made, everything went smoothly, you just need to be careful when choosing the size, because size 11-12 years fits perfectly on a very petite 10-year-old. For us, that's actually a plus, because I thought I would have to shorten and slim it down 😉
Although the vest is supposed to be XXL, it is too small.. Otherwise, the vest makes a very good impression quality-wise. It was also delivered before the announced Term delivered. Another positive is that you are always informed about the status of the delivery.
