I received another product than I ordered, when clicking of the picture for the description, I got up the pictures on the LED device what I ordered, BUT !! inside the 8 pictures on the description further down there is a mix of 2 different models !! Some which has LED - and some which has NO LED which seemed to be the one I ordered, BUT the first pictures that comes up on the picture description are all with LED !! and after 2 weeks of messaging, fotos made, videos made- I am refused to return the device !!. This is really very bad, it is a complete Shitty Company. Which also now after I started investigated- is the same view that many people have after an order has been made !! DO NOT order form this company !
Not as powerful as I hoped. I have a real fascia gun, but can't use it easily on my back. This one is thinner and while the programming shows that it is capable, somehow the program options are programmed weak. Mode 1 gives 6 slow speeds, mode 2 ramps from slow to fast and back. This mode reaches the speed and power I want, but it's useless due to it going slow again. Mode 3 is fast but with random pauses, making it not suitable for massaging. Neither mode 2 and 3 have speed control.
In the item description, it says that the device has 19 functions and 5 positions for intensity levels... However, there are only 3 positions... It appears that I received a used product without a charging cable and the color on the packaging does not match the color of the product, which indicates that I was sold a damaged and used product.. Additionally, it probably isn't charging and probably isn't working because I tried with 3 different flavors I found at home and it still doesn't work.
Makes a solid impression. Not to be used for cutting nails. Rather for beautifying and rounding off the nails. The polishing function is a good addition to this device. The included user manual is multilingual and also in German. All in all worth its price.

I did not get the product what I ordered. Customer service is only offering to refund half of the product price. As a result, I am losing 12.33 EUR on the item itself, plus the 4.11 EUR shipping fee, for a total loss of 16.44 EUR.
