I have tried it several times! Hello, I ordered this product and I am pleasantly surprised! 🤩 I ordered the green one, and although it took almost a month before it finally arrived, it arrived in very protective packaging, and of course with a manual. Now I've tried the mask for the second evening in a row, and it works Skin very soft, and my pores are slowly disappearing. But you have to be patient, because such things don't disappear after one use 😂 Still very happy with my order, and so is my mom!

Arrived today unfortunately the unit I received is unusable. I want a WORKING replacement. Tried to follow "warranty" path on the website (following the instructions) but it leads nowhere so this is only way to communicate with you. Attached film illustrates the problem - it sounds like damaged gearbox - rattling horrible noise and zero effect. The jaws are moving but this is all. It must be definitely broken.
