Iron didn't work and I did not recie e the sandles but joom keep saying I did and case closed they were expensive for what they were and I paid and didn't get them I have been messaging customer care ever since and all I get is automating service and repeat questions but no answers I find it all rude and to be honest they stole my money

There is no height increasing sole eventhough thats how it is described. The shoes are flat so basically you can get these shoes anywhere. The only thing that would make these shoes stick out from other similar shoes would have been The inner height increasing sole but since that was not the case. I would not recommend these shoes.
